Thank you for signing up for the informal "Dutch-Treat" dinners that will be held during the 2005 Annual Meeting in Toronto on Thursday, September 22, 2005.  Due to limited seating at the selected restaurants, the Dutch-Treat dinners must be confirmed in advance of the meeting.  Restaurant selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
